To enable extended webhooks, go to My account > Settings in your Rocka Hub and toggle Allow extended webhooks.

About extended webhooks

Extended webhooks provide you with extra metadata. You’ll be notified if:
  1. the sending bank approves the transaction (you’ll receive a notification with ApprovedByBank as the payment status)
  2. the payment is credited to the beneficiary’s bank account (you’ll receive a notification with Settled as the payment status)
  3. the payment fails (you’ll receive a notification with the detailed reason).
Here’s a list of all reasons your payment could fail:

Blocked by riskThe customer was blocked by the risk scoring system.
Form expiredYour customer did not complete the payment in time.
Initiation failedThe customer couldn’t open the payment link. There could also be a problem on their bank’s side.
Initiation abandonedThe customer did not click the link to complete the payment in their bank app.
Form abandonedThe customer did not complete the payment in their bank app.
Payment rejectedThe bank rejected the payment.
