Bank Accounts

There are two ways you can collect payments from your customers:

Segregated account. All payments your customers place are deposited to Rocka’s dedicated C2B account. We transfer it to your bank through regular settlements.
Direct account. All payments your customers place are deposited straight to your own C2B account.

About segregated and direct bank accounts

Fees	Additional fees apply	No extra fees
Payment timelines	Payments are collected into a dedicated account and settled to you on a regular schedule	Payments are deposited directly into your account after the customer completes the payment
Reconciliation	Easier to handle using Rocka’s settlement calculations	You may need to reconcile incoming transfers in your own bank account
Auditing	Centralised records can streamline auditing	Auditing may require checking your own bank records
