To check the status of a refund:

Go to your Rocka Hub.

On the left-hand sidebar, click Transactions.

Find and click the transaction you issued a refund for.

Scroll down until you see the Refunds section. You will see the full refund metadata, including its current status. For more information on refund statuses, see Refund statuses and timelines.
