Can I work on my integration while my documents are being processed?

Yes. You can start working on your integration right after you create your Rocka account. If you have any questions regarding the onboarding process, please contact your personal manager. If you need help with your integration, please reach out to us at support@rocka.live.

What locations does Rocka support?

Rocka is currently operating in Europe (including the UK), Canada and Brazil.

What currencies does Rocka support?

For open banking, we currently support EUR, GBP, BGN, RON, HUF, SEK, CAD and BRL.

What languages does Rocka support?

Apart from English, Rocka is currently localised into German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Bulgarian and Romanian.

Can I use the same API key for multiple websites?

Yes, you can use the same API key for multiple websites connected to the same Rocka account.
