To check the status of a payout, you can:
- Look up the payout in your Rocka Hub
- Use the Check payout status API endpoint
- Retrieve it with a webhook.
Payment statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Processing | The payout has been created and is being processed. |
| Executing | We’re waiting for the bank to confirm the payout has been successfully completed. |
| Done | The payout has completed successfully. |
| Failed | The payout has failed and cannot be completed. |
| Rejected | The payout has been rejected. |
