# Create a payment report

<Info>
  Reports are limited to the latest 100,000 transactions matching the filters. Transactions over this limit will not be part of the report.

To create a payment (transaction) report:

    In your [Rocka Hub](https://hub.rocka.live), click **Transactions** on the left-hand sidebar.

  <Step>
    If you want to only include specific columns or payouts in your report, apply filters before you generate it.

    * To filter columns, click  <Icon icon="https://mintcdn.com/noda-3d58d286/3_XSQ0pN7Cu3-xXA/icons/columns.svg?fit=max&auto=format&n=3_XSQ0pN7Cu3-xXA&q=85&s=8f9b6842e41d6fa38fffab99fc77f735" size={24} width="32" height="32" data-path="icons/columns.svg" />   and toggle columns either on or off.
    * To filter transactions by payment method, amount and other fields, set the filter in the table. For example, to only include failed payouts, click the Status dropdown  and select Failed.

Once your report is ready, you will find it on the **Reports** tab on the left-hand sidebar. It will be available for download as a .csv file.
