# Check refund status

To check the status of a refund:

    Go to your [Rocka Hub](https://hub.rocka.live/).
  </Step>

  <Step>
    On the left-hand sidebar, click [**Transactions**](https://hub.rocka.live/transactions). 
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Find and click the transaction you issued a refund for.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Scroll down until you see the Refunds section. You will see the full refund metadata, including its current status. For more information on refund statuses, see [Refund statuses and timelines](/manage-your-account/refunds/refund-statuses-and-timelines).
